HRC Endurance Stand

I'm not entirely sure this actually is an "HRC" endurance stand, but it is a well-made "endurance-type" stand that certainly looks the part. Needs a bit of a refurbishment, though... Here are some pics and dimensions in case you want to build your own.

Stand in its raised position. Overall width is a bit under 450mm. The rectangular "foot" tubes are about 50mm wide. Another view of the raised stand. The feet of the stand are 420mm long, and the cross-bar is about 50mm inset from the end.
Yet another view of the stand in the raised position. The centre of the pinion is approximately 390mm off the ground when the stand is raised. The stand in the lowered position. Although this value (280mm) was not measured to the centre of the pinion, because we know the pinion is 32mm OD, the corresponding value is 296mm--which means that there is a 94mm rise from the stand's lowered position to its raised position.
Side view of the lowered stand. Another side view of the stand in the lowered position. A view of the stand with the outer (sliding) tube removed. Close-up of the high-tech washer arrangement... All mild steel hardware, unfortunately.
The inner square tube has a 45mm OD; the outer square tube has a 46mm ID; this piece of metal (nothing exotic, just steel) welded onto one side of the inner tube is 1mm thick. These are the link pieces--they are about 4mm thick, and they measure approximately 25mm in width. The link pieces measure 165mm in length, with the 8mm holes set 10mm from each end (or 145mm centre-to-centre). The centre of the attachment point (an 8mm hole) is 25mm from the outside of the square tube.
Not a very useful angle, this... A slightly better angle shows that this point is 55mm from the centre of the pinion. The attachment point is 40mm wide. A rather fuzzy photo shows that the main part of the pinion is 60mm long, with the pointy bit a further 25mm long. (The pinion is 32mm OD.)
The pinion holder is 100mm long, offset 10mm towards the wheel and 40mm back. I believe the point of this photo was to show that the attachment point for the link pieces is 50mm from the centre of the pinion. The longer of the two sets of holes in the lever assembly is 170mm from the base holes (190mm from the end). The shorter set is 150mm away. These square tubes are 20mm x 20mm OD. The holes are all 8mm OD. There is 105mm between these two sets of 8mm holes.
The lever assembly measures 340mm to the under-side of the 20mm square footpeg, so 360mm overall. These measurements are not critical, but this photo shows about 60mm between the lever assembly arms (enough room for six washers, apparently...) Terrible angle, but this photo is supposed to show that the lever assembly pivot point is 135mm from the inside of the foot of the stand--or maybe that the square tube is 145mm from the inside of the foot? Perhaps more importantly, the pivot point is shown in this photo to be 10mm from the base of the square tube.

So, there you have it. If you need any other measurements, let me know and I'll see what I can do. And now it's time to strip and re-paint the stand... Watch this space!
